Heya buddy,
here is your answer,

p(x) = ax²-4ax+4a-1

x-1 = 0 ( as given that it is the factor )
=> x = 1
so x = 1

p(1) = a²(1)²-4a(1)+4a-1
= a²-4a+4a-1
= a²-1

a²-1 = 0 (since factor= 0)
=> a² = 1
=> a = √1
=> a = 1

Hope this help
as u had mention i had written it directly but if u want it in detail just message me i will edit the answer.

thank you
