P(x)=x^4-a^2+x^2+3x-a
G(x)=x+a
zero of polynomial
x+a=0
x=-a
P(x)=x^4-a^2+x^2+3x-a
P(-a) =(-a)^4-a^2+(-a)^2+3(-a) -a
=a+a+a-3a
=3a-3a
