Heya ✋

Let see your answer !!!!

let \: p(x) = x ^{3}  - ax ^{2}  + 2x + a \\  - 1 \\ let \: g(x) = x - a \\  =  > x - a = 0 \\  =  > x = a \\ p(a) = a ^{3}  - a \times a ^{2}  + 2 \times a \\  + a - 1 \\  =  > 0 = a ^{3}  - a ^{3}  + 2a + a - 1 \\  =  > 0 = 3a - 1 \\  =  > 1 = 3a \\
=> a = 1/3
