Hey...here is your answer..

if a = 1 , then

(1)^2 + 5 * 1 - 4 = 1 + 5 - 4 = 6 - 4 = 2

if a = - 1 , then

(-1) ^ 2 + 5 * (-1) - 4 = 2 + (-5) - 4 = 2 - 5 - 4 = -3 - 4 = -7

if a = 2 , then

(2)^2 + 5*2 -4 = 4 + 10 - 4 = 14 -4 = 10

Hope this will help you..

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

P(a)=a2+5a-4

P(1)=1*2 + 5*1 -  4 = 3

P(-1)=(-1)*2 +5 * (-1) -4= -11

P(2)=2*2 +5*2 -4 = 10
