cx - y = 2
cx - y - 2 = 0.
6x - 2y = 3
6x - 2y - 3 = 0 .
a1 / a2 = b1 / b2 = c1 / ç2.
c / 6 = 1/ 2 = -2/-3
c /6 = 1/2
2c = 6.
c = 3.
