given 2x-1 is the factor of polynomail
therefore remainder= 0
6x+kx-2 = o
6( \frac{1}{2}) + k \frac{1}{2}  - 2 = 0 \\ 3 + \frac{k}{2}  - 2 = 0 \\  \frac{k}{2}  = 2 - 3 \\ k =  2( -1 ) \\ k =  - 2Hope this help u
