a1/a2=b1/b2 not equal to c1/c2

So,here 2x+3y-1=0 and 4x+ky+2=0

a1/a2=2/4=1/2

b1/b2=3/k

And c1/c2=-1/2

Now1/2=3/k And 3/k not equal to-1/2

k=3×2 And k not equal to-2×3

So,k=6 And not equal to -6(ans).
