here is your your answer by Sujeet,
Given that,
9x+4y=9
7x+ky=5

for no solution we must be have,
a1/a2=b1/b2≠c1/c2

then,
here,

a1=. 9 a2=7

b1= 4 b2=k

c1=. 9 c2=5

then,

Now putting the value,

a1/a2=b1/b2. or. b1/b2≠c1/c2

9/7=4/k. or. 4/k≠9/5
9k=28
k=28/9. or. 9k≠45
or. k≠45/9 ≠5

that's all

then,
value of k =28/9

given,

9x+4y=9 -————————(1)

7x+ky=5 ——————————(2)

here,

a1=9, b1=4 and c1= -9

also,

a2= 7, b2= k and c2= -5

we know that,

for having parallel line( no solution),

a1/a2=b1/b2 ≠c1/c2

9/7=4/k

9k= 4 x 7

k=28/9
