By remainder theorem then +(x) is divide by x + a then its leavesa remainder of f(-a)

f(x) = Kx³ + 9x² + 4x - 10

remainder when f(x) is divide by x + 3 is f(-3)

f(-3) = -22

= K(-3)³ + 9(-3)² + 4(-3) - 10

= -27K + 81 - 12 - 10 = -22

= -27K = -22 + 12 + 10 - 81

= -27K= -81

= K = 3
