a1 = 2 , b1 = 3 , c1 = 8

a2 = 2(k - 4) , b2 = -k , c2 = k + 3

a1 / a2 = b1/b2 ≠ c1/c2

a1 / a2 = b1/b2

2/2(k - 4) = 3/- k

2(-k) = 3(2k - 8)

-2k = 6k - 24

6k + 2k = -24

8k = -24

k = -24/8

k = - 3
