SO AP^2=BP^2
( k-2)^2+(1-3)^2= (7-2)^2+(k-3)^2
k^2 + 4 + -4k + 4= 25 + k^2 +9 - 6k
8 - 4k = 34- 6k
6k- 4k = 34- 8
2k = 26
k = 13
