Given Quadratic equation

3x²-3kx+4=0

Compare this with ax²+bx+c=0

we get,

a=3,b=-3k,c=4

Now ,

Discreminant (D)=0

[Since , roots equal ]

b²-4ac=0

=>(-3k)²-4×3×4=0

=> 9k²-48=0

=> 9k²=48

=> k²=48/9

=> k²= 16/3

=> k = ±√(16/3)

=> k = ± 4/√3
