3x^2 - k root3 x + 4 = 0
If the Discriminent = 0, the equation will have equal roots
=> b^2 - 4ac = 0
=> (-k root3) ^2 - 4(3)(4) = 0
=> 3 k^2 - 48 = 0
=> k^2 = 48/3
=> k^2 = 16
=> k = + - 4
The value of k are - 4 and +4
