FORMULA USED

  • (a+b)^2-(a-b)^2=4ab

using this identity....

xy2k = (4xy + 3y)2 – (4xy – 3y)2

xy2k = 4×(4xy)(3y)

xy^2 k=xy^2(48)

comparing both sides.....k=48

Step-by-step explanation:

xy2k=8xy+6y-8xy+6y
