 \frac{a1}{a2}  =  \frac{b1}{b2} \: =  \frac{c1}{c2}   \\ when \: lines \: are \: parallel \\ so \: put \: the \: values \\  \frac{7k}{2}  =  \frac{6}{10}  \\ now \: cross \: multiply \\ 70k = 12 \\ k =  \frac{12}{70}  \\ k =  \frac{6}{35}
