Given :A=(3,4)

B=(7,7)

Now, let(k,10)be on the point P

Now using the section formula,

P(x,y)=m1x2+m2x1/m1+m2,m1y2+m2y1/m1+m2

As we know we can write m1:m2 as k:1.so now

P(K,10) =7k+3/k+1,7k+4/k+1

Now,

10=7k+4/k+1

10(k+1)=7k+4

10k+10=7k+4

3k=-6

k=-2

Now we got m1 that is the k=-2

So here we will replace the value of k

K=7k+3/k+1

K=7(-2)+3/-2+1

K(-1)=-14+3

K=-11/-1

K=11
