let product of zeros be y thus sum of zeros will be 2y
2y=-b/a
2y=-2k-1/3
y=-2k-1/6
now
y=-k-5/3
-2k-1/6=-k-5/3

if we want to find the value of k such that the sum of zeroes is half of it's product then k should be equals to 1(k=1)
