9^m÷3^-2=9^4

3^2m÷3^-2=3^8

2m+2=8

2m=6

m=3

therefore m=3

(3^2)^m\div3^-^2= (3^2)^4 ; 3^2^m^-^2=3^8; 2m-2=8;2m=10; m=5

Hope this helps :)

WilsonChong: There is a mistake, it should be 2m+2=8, so the answer is m=3
WilsonChong: oops
