Q.

=> 21/4 : 6 = m : 11/5

=> ( 21/4)/6 = m /(11/5)

=> 21/(6×4) = 5m/11

=> 21/24 = 5m/11

=> 7/8 = 5m/11

i.e.

=>5m/11 = 7/8

=> 5m= 11(7/8)

=> 5m = 77/8

=> m = 77/(5×8)

=> m = 77/40

=> m = 1.925

i hope it helps you.

Step-by-step explanation:

Converting mixed fractions, into improper fractions.:-

\implies\tt 2 \dfrac{1}{4}= \dfrac{9}{4}

\implies\tt 1 \dfrac{1}{5}= \dfrac{6}{5}

Now,

\implies\tt \dfrac{9}{4} : 6 = m: \dfrac{6}{5}

Now we will simplify the values which are in left-hand side (L.H.S) of the equation to make it easier to find the value of m.

L.H.S.

\tt \implies \dfrac{9}{4} :6

\tt \implies \dfrac{9}{4} \div 6

\tt \implies \dfrac{9}{4} \times \dfrac{1}{6}

\tt \implies \dfrac{3}{8}

Now, the equation becomes:-

\tt \implies \dfrac{3}{8} = m : \dfrac{6}{5}

\tt \implies \dfrac{3}{8} = \dfrac{5m}{6}

\tt \implies m= \dfrac{3 \times 6}{8 \times 5}= \dfrac{9}{20}

\implies \boxed{ \tt m=  \dfrac{9}{20}}

Hope it helps

[It's better if you write mixed fractions with the help of using latex. Otherwise, it might be difficult for the answerer to know what you mean by the problem.]
