3^-3÷3^-10=3^2m-1

1/(3)^3 ÷1/(3)10=3^2m-1

1/(3)^3-10 = 3^2m-1

1/(3)^-7 = 3^2m-1

(3)^7=3^2m-1 (I think3 will be cancelled)

7 = 2m-1

8 = 2m

8/2 =m

4= m

the value m is 4 hope this will be helpful to you
