Using remainder theorem, we will solve this question;

Given that;

g(x) = x - 3

So, x = 3

p(x) = 4x² - 6x - m

p(3) = 4 (3)² - 6 * 3 - m

p(3) = 36 - 9 - m

p(3) = 27 - m

As it is exactly divisible, so p(x) = 0

⇒ 27 - m = 0

⇒ m = 27

Hence, the value of m is 27.
