HERE'S YOUR ANSWER:-

p(x) = 6x {}^{2}  - 8x + m

Two zeroes:-

 \alpha  \: and \:  \beta  \: where \:  \beta  =  \frac{1}{ \alpha }

 \alpha  \beta  =  \frac{c}{a}

( \alpha )( \frac{1}{ \alpha }) =  \frac{m}{6}

m = 6
