 {64 \times 4}^{ 2m}  =  {4}^{7}
 {4}^{3}  \times  {4}^{2m}  =  {4}^{7}
 {4}^{3 + 2m}  =  {4}^{7}
Since the bases are same.... The exponents must be equal.
3+2m=7
2m=7 - 3
2m=4
M=2
