Quadratic Equation is mx(x-7)+49=0

m {x}^{2} - 7mx + 49 = 0

You have given the answer m=4

4 {x}^{2} - 7 \times 4 \times x + 49 = 0 \\ 4 {x}^{2} - 28x + 49 = 0 \\ 4 {x}^{2} - 14x - 14x + 49 = 0 \\ 2x(2x - 7) - 7(2x - 7) = 0 \\ (2x - 7)(2x - 7) = 0 \\ x = \frac{7}{2} = 3.5
