(-3)^n+1×(-3)^5=(-3)^-4

a^m×a^n=a^m+n

(-3)^n+1+5=(-3)^-4

(-3)^n+6=(-3)^-4

where bases are equal there powers are equal so

n+6=-4

n=-4-6

n=-10

Step-by-step explanation:

Given: (-3)^n+1×(-3)^5 =(-3)^-4

Solution: (-3)^n+1×(-3)^5=(-3)^-4

a^m×a^n= a^m+n

(-3)^n+1+5=(-3)^-4

(-3)^n+6=(-3)^-4

Where bases are equal there powers

are equal so

n+6=-4

n=-4-6

n=-10
