We know,

Area of Trapizium = 1/2 × (sum of || sides) × Distance between them

Let's assume another side as x cm

According to Question,

Area of Trapizium = 24 cm²

1 / 2 × (7 + x) × 4 = 24

⇒ (7 + x) × 2 = 24

⇒ 7 + x = 24 / 2

⇒ 7 + x = 12

⇒ x = 12 - 7

⇒ x = 5

Hence, the another side is 5 cm.

\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\bold{\red{Solution : \longrightarrow}}}}}

\bold{Area \: \: of \: \: the \: \: trapezium = 24 {cm}^{2}}

\bold{Distance \: \: between \: \: || sides \: (h) = 4cm}

\bold{One \: \: || side \: \: of \: \: the \: \: trapezium = 7cm}

\bold\green{Let \: \: other \: \: || side \: \: of \: \: the \: \: trapezium \: \: be \: \: x \: cm.}

\bold\pink{We \: \: know \: \: that}

\bold{Area \: \: \: \: of \: \: \: \: trapezium = \frac{1}{2} \times (sum \: \: of \: \: || sides) \times h }\\ \\\bold{ = > 24 = \frac{1}{2} \times (7 + x) \times 4}

 \bold{= > 24 = 2(7 + x)} \\ \\ \bold{= > 24 = 14 + 2x} \\ \\ \bold{= > 24 - 14 = 2x}

 \bold{= > 2x = 10} \\ \\ \bold{= > x = \frac{10}{2}} \\ \\ \bold{= > x = 5 \: cm}

\bold\purple{Hence, \: \: the \: other \: \: || side \: \: of \: \: the \: \: trapezium \: \: is \: \: 5 \: cm.}
