 {( \frac{ - 11}{13} )}^{3}  \times  {( \frac{ - 11}{13} )}^{21}  =  {( \frac{ - 11}{13} )}^{n}  \\  {( \frac{ - 11}{13} )}^{24}  =  {( \frac{ - 11}{13}) }^{n}  \\ n = 24

we know that same numbers having different powers so their powers get added

so

(-11/13)3×(-11/13)21=(-11/13)n
(-11/13)^21+3=(-11/13)^n. [ -11/13 gets cancelled from both sides]
