2^(n-5) x 6^(2n-4)=1/12^4 x 2

RH = LH

Step 1 Simplefy RH side

=1/((2 x 6)^4 x 2)

=1/2^5 x 6^4

=2^-5x 6^-4

Step 2

2^(n-5) x 6^(2n-4) = 2^-5 x -6^-4

LH and RH base is same, so the power also same

2^(n-5) = 2^-5

n-5 = -5

n=0
