7-√3/7+√3+7+√3/7-√3=p-q√3

(cancel the -√3/7 and +√3/7 , +√3 and -√3)
then we left with
7+7=p-q√3
14=p-q√3......(first equation)

14+q√3 = p

then,
substitute vale of p in first equation
14-p=-q√3
14-14+q√3=-q√3
q√3+q√3=0
2q√3=0
q√3=0
q=0

p=14+q√3
q=0
