Find the value of P for which the given number 2p - 1 , 3p + 1 , 11 are in the AP Hence find the number

3p + 1 - 2p - 1 = 11 - 3p - 1 ( since it's in AP , common difference will be equal )

= p = 10 - 3p

p + 3p = 10

4p = 10

p = 10 /4
