the answer is here,

$= > \: {(5)}^{p - 3} \times( {3)}^{2p - 8} = 225$

$= > \: {(5})^{p - 3} \times {(3)}^{2p - 8} = {5}^{2} \times {3}^{2}$

So,
$= > \: ( {5})^{p - 3} = {5}^{2}$

=> p-3 =2

=> p =5.
