Find the value of P-Q+8 if P=m2+3m and Q=-m2+3m-2.

Given:

 P=m^{2} + 3m -------(i)

 Q = - m^{2}  + 3m -2 --------(ii)

To find the value of P - Q + 8

Now, P - Q + 8 =  ( m^{2} +3m) - (-m^{2} +3m -2) + 8

or, P - Q +8 =  m^{2} +3m +m^{2} -3m +2 +8

or, P - Q +8 =  2m^{2} +10

or, P - Q +8 =  = 2(m^{2} +5)

Hence, the required value of given expression ( P - Q + 8) will be  2 (m^{2} +5)
