y=-2

p(y)=2y^3-2y+√7

p(-2)=(2 × -2 × -2 × -2 )-( 2 × -2) + √7

p(-2)=-16+4+√7

p(-2)=-12+√7

2y-2y+7 = p(y)
2(-2)-2(-2)+7 = p(-2)
-4+4+7=p(-2)
0+7 =p(-2)
7 =p(-2)
7/2=p
