** Trick here we will use batter voltages to calculate the resistance instead of rated voltages . because that what will run the bulb . at 19 voltages which are less then the rated voltage so bulb will draw more current then the normal to meet the power requirement.

wattage of bulb is 60 w which is power. as we know that power can be calculated using following formula

W= IxV

V is knows that is 19 Volt which is give by battery  in this case = 19 volt

using V we will calculate I

I= w/V = 60/19 = 3. 157 Amp

As we know that the  V = I x R form here we will calculate the value of resistance

R = V/I    19/3.157 =  6.01 ohm
