 Let \: p(x) = 4x^{2} - 5x + 3

 If \: x = \frac{1}{2} \:then \: the \: value \: of

 the \: polynomial \: p(\frac{1}{2})

 =4 \times \Big( \frac{1}{2}\Big)^{2} - 5 \times \Big( \frac{1}{2}\Big) + 3

 = 4 \times \frac{1}{4} - \frac{5}{2} + 3

 =1 - \frac{5}{2} + 3

 = 4 - \frac{5}{2}

 = \frac{8-5}{2}

 = \frac{3}{2}

Therefore.,

 \red{ The \: value \: the \: polynomial } \green { =  \frac{3}{2}}
