Two-third life of a reaction means that, two-third of the reaction has completed in time t.
t can be calculated as:
at t = t2/3, the concentration of reactant left will be = [R]o-2/3[R]o = 1/3[R]o.
or
at time t=0, [Ro]
at time t2/3=[Ro]*2/3
since t2/3=2.303/k* log([Ro]*3/[Ro]2)
now solve it, you will get the answer....:)
