x/2+x/8=1/8

(4x+x)/8=1/8

5x/8=1/8

5x=8/8

5x=1

x=1/5

X/2 + X/8 = 1/8

LCM of the value 2 & 8 is 8.

(4X + X)/8 = 1/8

5X = 8×1/8

X=1/5. Ans....
