Divide by 5^2 on both sides.
5^(2x-4)+4=5^(2x-3)
5^(2x-3)/5 + 4 = 5^(2x-3)
Let 5^(2x-3) = t.
t/5 + 4 = t
t = 5
5^(2x-3) = 5
2x-3 = 1
x = 2.
5^(2x-4)+4=5^(2x-3)
5^(2x-3)/5 + 4 = 5^(2x-3)
