BY CROSS MULTIPLYING THE VALUES :-
              =  x+4 ( 7x - 26 ) = x-3 ( 7x - 12 )
              = 7x sq. - 26x +28x - 104 = 7x sq. - 12x - 21x + 36    [7x square                                                                                                                   will                                                                                                     be cancel out ]
              =  -26x + 28x -104 = -12x - 21x + 36
              =  2x - 104 = -33x + 36
              =  2x + 33x = 36 + 104
              =  35x    =  140
              =  x = 140/35
                   Therefore x = 4             ans....
