v) ∠DFE = 20°

To find :

x and y

Solution:

∠BAC ≅ ∠DEF ... ( Corresponding angle theorem)

Therefore, ∠DEF = y

Now,

In ΔDEF,

x+y+20=180°

x+y=160 ...(1)

And

Similarly, In ΔACB,

y+2y+30+90=180°

3y=60

y=20°

Put value of y in equation (1),

x+20=160

x=140°
