Find the value of x and y if 1.(x+3,5)=(5,y)2.(2,2y-3)=(x,7)

1.(x+3,5)=(5,y)
then...,
x+3=5
x=5-3
x=2.
5=y
2.(2,2y-3)=(x,7) {by equating L.H.S and R.H.S}
then...,
x=2
2y-3=7
2y=7+3
2y=10
y=10÷2
y=5
hence , x=2 and y=5..
