3x +  \frac{1}{5}  = 2 - x \\  =  >  \frac{5 \times 3x + 1}{5}  = 2 - x \\  =  >  \frac{15x + 1}{5}  = 2 - x \\  =  > 15x + 1 = 5(2 - x) \\  =  > 15x + 1 = 10 - 5x \\  =  > 15x + 5x = 10 - 1 \\  =  > 20x = 9 \\  =  > x =  \frac{9}{20}  \\
