Answer:

based on BODMAS

X=(4/5)-2/1/4×2

X=(4/5)-2/1/2

X=(4/5)-2×2

X=(4/5)-4=4-20/5=-16/5

X-1=-16/5-1=-16-5/5=-21/5=-4.2

  \bf \:  \: find \: x \: if :

  \rm \bf \frac{x}{4} +  \frac{2}{5} =  \frac{x}{2} - 1

{\color{maroon}\large\mathcal{ANSWER}}

 \mapsto  \rm  \frac{x}{4} +  \frac{2}{5} =  \frac{x}{2} - 1

 \mapsto  \rm  \frac{x}{4} -  \frac{x}{2} \ =   - 1-\frac{2}{5}

 \mapsto  \rm  \frac{x}{4} -  \frac{x}{2} \ =   - 1-\frac{2}{5}

 \mapsto  \rm  \frac{x-2x}{4} =   - 1-\frac{2}{5}

 \mapsto  \rm  \frac{x-2x}{4} =  \frac{-5-2}{5}

 \mapsto  \rm  \frac{x-2x}{4} =  \frac{-7}{5}

 \mapsto  \rm  {x-2x}=  4(\frac{-7}{5})

 \mapsto  \rm  {x-2x}=  \frac{-28}{5}

 \mapsto  \rm  {-x}=  \frac{-28}{5}

 \mapsto  \rm  {\cancel-x}=  \frac{\cancel-28}{5}
