ANSWER : ∠x=102°

EXPLANATION :

Given:

  • AB=BC=3.3cm \underbrace{so\: ABC\: is \:a\: isosceles\: triangle }
  • AC= 5.1 cm
  • \angle{BAC}= 39°

To find:

\angle{x}=?

Some important points:

  • The triangles having two equal sides are called isosceles Triangles.
  • In isosceles triangles, angles opposite to equal sides are also equal.
  • The sum of interior angles of a triangle is 180°.

So,

In ∆ABC,

AB=BC

∠BAC=∠BCA=39°

By angle sum property,

∠BAC+∠BCA+∠x=180°

39+39+∠x=180°

78+∠x=180°

∠x=180-78

∴∠x=102°

 \textit{Thankyou!}
