36=6^2
1296=6^4
6^(2x+1)/6^2=6^4
using a^m/a^n=a^(m-n)
6^(2x+1-2)=6^4
Since bases are same we can equate the powers
2x-1=4
2x=4+1
⇒x=5/2

Given

6 ^{2x + 1}  \div 36 = 1296

 {6}^{2x + 1}  = 1296 \times 36
 {6}^{2x + 1}  =  {6}^{4}  \times 6 ^{2}

 {6}^{2x + 1}  =  {6}^{6}

2x+1=6

2x=6-1

2x=5

X=5/2

This is ur ans hope it will help you
