As we know that the opp. angles of parallelogram are equal therefore angle E = angle L = 70°
angle K + angle R = 180° [adjacent angles]
120° + angle R = 180°
angle R = 180°-120°
angle R = 60°
So, now
angle E + angle R + x = 180° [angle sum property ]
70° + 60° + x = 180°
130° + x = 180°
x = 180° - 130°
