 {2}^{4}  \times  {8}^{x + 2}  =  {2}^{4}  \\  {2}^{4 }  \times  {2}^{3(x +  2 )}  =  {2}^{4}  \\  {2}^{3x + 10}  =  {2}^{4}  \\  \\ by \: compairing \\ 3x + 10 = 4 \\ 3x =  - 6 \\ x =  - 2

as 8= 2 power 3
16= 2 power 4
 {2}^{4}  +  {2}^{3x + 6}  =  {2}^{4}
then
4 + 3x + 6 = 4
as bases are same
