[4/5]^9-y÷[4/5]^2y=[4/5]^4y-5

[4/5]^9-y-2y=[4/5]4y-5

[4/5]^9-3y=[4/5]4y-5

9-3y=4y-5

-3y-4y=-5-9

-7y=-14

y= - 14/-7

y= 2
