In kx+y-k²=0 and x+ky-1=0,

a1 = k; b1 = 1; c1 =  - k²; a2 = 1; b2 = k & c2 = -1

For infinity many solutions

a1/a2 = b1/b2 = c1/c2

∴ a1/a2 = c1/c2

or, k/1 =  -k²/-1

or, k = k²

∴ k = 1
