 = 3 {x}^{2}  + 4 {y}^{2}  - 2x \\ putting \: the \: value \: of \: x \: and \: y \\ =   3 {3}^{2}  + 4 {2}^{2}  - 2 \times 3 \\  = 3 \times 9 + 4 \times 4 - 6 \\  = 27 \:  +  \: 16 \:  - 6 \\  =  \: 43 - 6 \\  =  \: 37
